How long does this tour take?This tour lasts 90 minutes. It consists of: -20 minutes - Presentation on Hurling, outlining the history, skills and short clips of the sport. -50 minutes - Trying the basic skills of Hurling on an actual Hurling field. - 15 minutes - Pictures and questions.

What do I need to bring with me?All hurls and helmets needed for the tour are provided by us free of charge. Comfortable clothing is recommended.

Does our venue have toilet facilities?Yes! We give visitors a chance to use our toilet facilities before our tour commences.

Can I ask questions during the tour?Yes! Of course! Questions are encouraged by all of us at Hurling Tours Ireland. There are many aspects to this sport and we promise to clear up any questions you may have regarding the sport. There is no such thing as a stupid question!

Do I need to be fit to partake in the Hurling on the field?Not at all! We have had many people from ages 7 to 90 trying their hand at Hurling. It is not physically demanding. It is never too late to try something new!

Is this tour wheelchair accessible?Yes. This tour is wheelchair accessible. Many skills on the field may be limited to a wheelchair user, however, there are many skills that they could still maneuver.
